<p><strong>ANSWERS</strong></p>
<p>1) Too much trampolining in one go is not necessarily BAD for you. But if you were doing flips and complicated moves with height and style, as you tire, you will make major mistakes. So too much trampolining in one go is very Dangerous for you.</p>
<p>2) Coaches are taught to allow less than five minutes of intensive training (3 minutes for adult students) for fear of increasing chances of heart attack.  This is because the trampoline is VERY effective in working several muscles all at once, so you are working extremely hard while trampolining - especially your heart.</p>
<p>3) VERY CLEVER - yes, kids can &#8216;bob around&#8217; for hours without any problems. If you are looking at fitness and weight loss (by the way, the trampoline is the second fastest calorie burner and an ULTIMATE complete body workout), then 5 - 8 minute on the trampoline is equivalent to a 15 - 20 minute run (I think you could achieve a mile in that time?).</p>
<p>So if you are working out correctly, keep it to 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. For weight loss, I recommend 15 minutes of &#8217;steady routines&#8217;.  Simple routines (not somersaults) are what keep you fit and burn calories.</p>
