The Trampoline DVD - Online Trampoline Coach - basic course WORKS!

It really is possible to follow the moves and learn trampoline tricks with this Trampoline Video Instruction DVD.

And once you have the basic moves covered, you can learn routines, use the trampoline for your workout, impress your friends with twists and backflips, or you can join a gym and start more advanced moves.

This Trampoline DVD slowly goes through Basic Bouncing, half twist jumps, full twist jumps, tuck jumps, straddle jumps, pike jumps, seat drops, front drops and back drops. Swivel hips and half twist to front drop are next followed by back drop half twist out and the ‘cradle’. More difficult moves are then covered such as the roller and back bouncing, until you are ready for pre-somersault progressions. The Front and Back somersault have particular detail so you slowly build your confidence.

But the Trampoline DVD does not stop there. With delivery the the Trampoline DVD comes a password to the members’ area - where extra reports, routine videos and Trampoline Video Worshops are being updated on a weekly basis.

In the advanced Trampoline area, Fay Roberts has already prepared a gym-trained trampolinist for a Corkscrew (back drop, one and a half twist to backdrop) and a Baby Fliffus (back drop, early twist into back tucked somersault).

And the word is spreading…. the Fay Roberts Trampoline DVD has over 500 subscribers, all wanting to get the most out of their backyard trampoline.

Trampoline Tutorial

I have made some trampoline tutorial videos which show correct technique for display in the member area, including straddle jump, seat drop half twist out, swivel hips and seat drop to front drop.

Unfortunately, my computer leeps crashing when I try to upload them, so until I can get help, I have uploaded them on you tube and will display them here too.

Here’s a tutorial on the Straddle Jump:

I will post the others as soon as possible

New Trampoline Video!

I am very excited to announce….

My brand new “Basics Trampoline Video” is now available!

My efforts to produce this video has been a labour of love, and a particular thanks to my “student”, Haylee. I chose Haylee because she is a basic trampolinist (borderline intermediate). This kept the DVD Course “Real”.

Haylee had not been taught by me before and had only learned 2 thirds of the tricks, before I came along with my new techniques. She took the ‘pressure’ very well, learning complete new moves especially for the video under my instruction!

The DVD features trampoline tricks:

In conjunction with the DVD, all skills are featured in the E-book (full version) received with your DVD order.

Plus, with your video, you also receive lifelong access to the Membership area.

The membership area is an ongoing workshop of ‘reports’, such as “Why you can’t land your front somersault”, and Videos - such as “perfecting the back drop 1/2 twist out”.

Additional short videos featuring Routines, are also being uploaded every week.

Moves, not covered in the Basics DVD are also featured in the Membership area, including Airplanes (full twist to front drop), and Turntables, (Front drop - spin- front drop).

Further advanced moves are being added, including the Barani (front somersault 1/2 twist) and Crash Dive (3/4 front somersault to back drop).

The membership area will continue to increase, and will follow many videos “On Demand” as customers request help, whether it be a certain skill, or any other trampoline related help. For instance, I have recently made a short video on how to teach toddlers, using my own daughter!

To view a sample of the DVD, go here.

I can not wait to get more feedback on my videos. If you have recently purchased a DVD, please contact me through the website or leave a comment with your views and suggestions for the Membership area.
