Hi, my name is Faye Roberts,

This site has been built following a ’search’ I did on Google for “trampoline’.

I was aghast at the “serious injury”, “save your children from accidents”, “far too dangerous”, sites which this search produced then (and still does).

As a very enthusiastic trampolinist and a Trampoline Coach for some 18 years, I have never seen the trampoline as a ‘dangerous’ piece of equipment.

In fact, with todays “exercise more”, “get fit” message, I advocate the trampoline as one of the best pieces of exercise equipment ever made.

In my opinion, the trampoline can be safe, and the bad press it receives is normally related to “silly antics”, posted on TV shows such as ‘Favorite Home Videos’.

I decided to compile a video showing the correct way in which to perform basic skills on the trampoline. This was exciting, yet stressful. Very expensive yet very rewarding.

At the time of this posting, I am living in a unit and have no trampoline of my own - although my children aged 2yrs and 4yrs can make cracking moves on my bed!

I am also living in Queensland, Australia, where there are not any Trampoline classes for Adults. Although I am disappointed at the lack of Adult coaching, I have volunteered to teach trampoline at local sporting club for the past year, and have had some real success with building kids confidence and improving their skills. I have a very “UN-GYMNASTIC” coaching style, which children seem to relate to.

I have put this part of my personality forward in my coaching e-book and videos, which have been written and produced from my heart.

With the help of the most “Giving, Wonderful and Exceptional person in the world”, who applied his technical wizardry to this site, I have been able to bring my e-book and video’s to the world via the internet.
