Trampoline Questions

What is the biggest size of trampoline that you can get? And where can you get it?

17″ x 10″ is about the biggest backyard trampoline you can get and is just short of the size used for the Olympics.

They also have a professional ‘webbed’ bed which is what makes them very bouncy.

These types of trampolines last for 10-20 years and you don’t have to change the springs. I am not sure where you are in the world, but here is where I bought mine:

It is 16″ x 9″ and feels enormous. Incredibly springy too.

This website is building a list of places to buy all sorts of trampolines and may be able to help you:

Please help!! trampoline! (not bouncy)?
hi!…I’ve had my trampoline for just about a year, anyways me and my two friends were jumping on it last night, 1 weighs about 130, the other 160, and me like 145… it was really bouncy but i think that they must have stretched it out because today me and another friend ( she weighs 105) were trying to jump on it, but it wasnt very bouncy at all, and it seemed alot more soft. We couldnt even land on our butts, and get back up!!! this has never happened before and considering we just got it like last june we are definately not going to get a new one! So I need to know if anybody has any techniques or something that they would like to tell me, that could make my trampoline bouncy again. btw…i put water on it a little bit ago to see if it would make it better, But i dunno if it will or not…
Thanks a bunch!!!

You may need to buy some new springs. If the springs have overstretched then there is no way to make them springy again.

When you replace springs, look for super springy ones (they are FATTER than the cheap ones.

Trampolining does amazing things to your body and is the second fastest calorie burner on the planet, burning 3 times more calories than jogging.

Nasa use them to train their astronauts and scientific report on the effects of rebounding concluded it is a miracle exercise that drains your lymph system, gives a fantastic cardio workout and exercises every part of your body including the very cells of your system!

My friend started 15 minutes of trampolining twice a day and lost lots of weight, so 45 minutes is quite a lot.

If you want to use a trampoline to exercise, you need to do routines with some very basic moves.

As far as trampolines being dangerous… yes they can be if you do not use them correctly. However, A and E see far more accidents from people using their Bikes than their trampolines! Just learn how to use it properly.
