6. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement.
The Terms of Service, including Online Trampoline Coach Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Online Trampoline Coach and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Online Trampoline Coach.

Governing Laws. The Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Waiver and Severability.
