Why adults should get on the trampoline |
and, of course, my famous...
Mums and Dads,
Teach your kids how
to trampoline safely!
Kids, learn all the trampoline moves here.
Adults, get fit on your trampoline.
In fact Everybody, TRAMPOLINE HERE!
Hi! my name is Fay
Roberts,
I'm a trampoline coach.
I've been trampolining myself since I was 15 years old, and I CRINGE when I watch “Favourite Home Videos” and see the antics of children and adults risking a lifetime in a wheelchair on their back-yard trampolines.
Having been taught by a registered coach, I learned all the moves correctly, thus after 15 years and some pretty serious moves, I have never had an accident.
I began to teach by the age of eighteen, having particular success with young children. In fact I now have a 3 year old son who can land a front somersault!
Some simple lessons can teach the basics of Trampolining, which will make it more enjoyable and definitely MUCH, MUCH safer.
Whether you are a concerned Mum about to buy a new trampoline, or you already have a trampoline in your garden, or you are considering joining trampoline classes, I can help you get the basics.
NOW I CAN BE YOUR ONLINE TRAMPOLINING COACH....
I have devised a trampolining course which is especially for the "backyard trampoline".
MY TRAMPOLINE COURSE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
I've written instructions for basic trampoline moves which is
FREE HERE. and I have also produced a step-by-step video showing all
the moves to Advanced (any further than this, you need a professional
coach by your side.)
I have a professionally produced DVD with all of the moves from basic thought intermediate to the advanced trampoline moves.
When you purchase the DVD you also get the FULL manual as a PDF download that compliments the DVD instructions.
Together this is a complete trampoline course.

Coach"...
| Our garden trampoline gathered dust and
leaves all year. Since I used your online trampoline coach, all three
of my children are on the trampoline every day. In fact, the adults
have had a go too! Our trampoline is replacing the sofa and tv for entertainment
in the house which is great! Highly recommended Lynn Davies |
| Faye,
I just wanted to thank you. My 12 year old daughter is overweight and shy, (in her own words) "useless at sports". When we inherited a friend's trampoline, she couldn't be bothered. Investing in your course has changed my daughter's life. She practices every day, shows her new found friends how to do the moves and is building confidence and no doubt getting fitter. What a great idea! Kathie Guite |
| As a single mum of 4, I have always struggled
to find the time and energy for regular exercise. I bought your video
for the kids, but after reading the study by NASA, thought I might be
able to use our trampoline for exercise. I followed your steps in the
privacy of my backyard whilst my 7month baby plays on the grass. I’ve
got to tell ya... I am losing weight, feeling fit, and it’s the most
fun I’ve had in years. My kids think it’s great and we all help each
other through the moves. Not quite up for backward somersaults yet...
but I will email you as soon as I do! This was a great idea. Eryn Mcgrath Adelaide |
| Just wanted to commend you on your online
trampoline coaching. It made sense that learning the moves in a structured
way would make it safer for my kids, and I can really see the difference
in their confidence and trampoline skills. They
stay on the trampoline and because they are learning moves, they don't
muck around so much. Jusine Nicholls Kent |
